Are there any recommendations on where to launch by Lock #1. I would prefer one outside of lock one as I plan to do entire waterway and would like to start by going through the first lock. I plan on launching the 27 or 28 of July.

Im not sure about RIGHT at lock #1 in Trenton but the City of Belleville has a nice Municipal ramp that is secure, big parking lot etc and is a 10 min boat ride to Lock #1......I launched there one time on one side of the ramp and a 38 Special launched at the same time on the other side....no probs
