Default Trent Severn Launch Ramp

I will be bringing my boat into Canada this summer to do the Trent Severn.
Are there any recommendations on where to launch by Lock #1. I would prefer one outside of lock one as I plan to do entire waterway and would like to start by going through the first lock. I plan on launching the 27 or 28 of July.

thanks

klaw

I know at Lock 45 in port severn there is a offshore dealer easy to get boat out there. The other end of that route I'm not familular with. My place is on the georgian bay Sans Souci.

Try to save some time for the Georgian Bay it's some of the best boating out there IMO. Jim Earle and his staff will take good care of you.If you time it right you can take part in the annual charity run it's a blast.
