I had a SCAT hovercraft at one time and never could get it registered as a boat, I always have trouble with the parks and wildlife... and guess what I put it up for sale and texas parks and wildlife bought it from me, to use to keep 4 wheelers off of some river.

I did het some tickets with it in a school zone... like 30 mph and no insurance and no vehicle registration and some noise restriction...
