My neighbor has one and it is a cool looking boat. They are made/marketed here in Riviera Beach (one town north of WPB).
They seem nice an beamy, at least for the 27. Not gonna be that fast, (50 w/ twin 225) but looks to be able to take some seas. |

Any recommendations/comments on developments and marinas? |
Anything decent on the water is 2MM+ and the marinas are insane for dockage. Rack storage runs $16-17 per foot plus 6.5% tax which is way pricey. A lot of people are still clinging to 2004-2005-2006 prices which have in reality dipped 20%+ but stuff will sell. I work for a guy who sold his house for 5.3MM in 17 days, asking was 6MM but he wanted a quick sale.
I know of a house, 3/2 pool(actually owned by a realtor) on an ocean access canal (only 3 ft at low tide though) just sold for 610K and she bought it in 04 for 620K. She just wanted out and couldn't wait for market to come around so she took the hit. A few more sales like this and the market will come back to reality. |
