Are there 2 Mercedes MTIs? The one I remember from last year had a totally different interior, and I don't remember the MB of massapequa plastered all over it? Did they redo the interior?

I remember Mercedes benz engine covers on the "other" boat as well......im confused..

same boat, he took "recovery" off it and put on mercedes, they also took some of the car interior out and replace with standard mti stuff...

why? why would you take out an interior which is very special and unlike any other boat and put in standard MTI stuff which although very nice is definitely not as special.

I heard that it didn't hold up to the pounding as well, developed some rattles. (should have made a Corvette MTI):D

That's too bad about the original interior - I thought it was the most unique boat out there.

BUT - those black seats have to be HOT in the summer!!!!!!!!

I guess I was one of the few that really liked the Mercedes theme. I would keep it and just improve on it or do what you want. Outside of OSO anyone who sees that boat is going to think that is the baddest boat on the water. my.02

The dashboard fell apart within the first 5 minutes of using the boat.

I believe T2x was on board.

I have only liked a few themed boats. Speedracer is nicely done. Northech showed a Turbine cat at the Miami show with an airplane theme that was tastefully done. This MTI has the dealers name over the whole side of the boat. Going to need a paint job. I personally think the themed boats are going to show thier true worth on resale value to the limited market.
