You were right on about the blower belt. Haven't lost one since. The Sarasota power loss ended up being a broken rocker arm. That's a first for me. Everything else looks good. Simple fix this time.

brad is pretty good at giving a diagnosis on an engine considering he was not there and the only info I gave him was boost was going to high.

next time you break down you can call us and we can tell you how to fix the problem so you could have finnished the run. if we had been with you it would have had the problem half way to the lunch stop we would have slowed down opened the engine hatch and pulled the spark plug wire then you could have made it to the lunch stop and then pulled the valve cover off and taken the intake rocker off and made the rest of the run, instead of not finishing another poker run.

Thanks, I was kind of thinking the same thing. I guess we will add some rocker arms to the spare parts bag. You never know. Nothing else seems to be damaged. The set up ran great last year and I'm hoping for the same luck this year.
