Scarab Flat deck VS Raised deck 377

Which boat would have a better rough water ride? The 377 Raised deck with staggard engines or the flat deck 377 with side by side engines? I know the bottoms are the same, but just curious whether the staggard setup has any ride advantages?

Staggered engines place the drives closer for less drag, and the motors closer to center for better balance and weight distribution.

I've been on both. The 377 ride is better in the rough only if the belly tank is not too full. They are not very trim responsive with too much weight forward. When fitted with saddle tanks, and an empty belly tank, the 377 rides great.
