I was going to post sundays article's from the Grand Rapids press,.............but it looks as though that's been covered already and straightened out via Parnell and other locals.
I really hope all this gets Straightend out !!!! Saber and other's are REAL assets to West Michigan as well as OSO..................... and I'd love to see Saber keep growing, there one of the few and honest ones left that build hard core rock solid products !!! I don.t think the bank has any ground to stand on for takilng wicked won.The title they have is fake and for a boat that does not exist in Sabers records.As long as Saber still holds the title it should be their boat.

So... I would think the bank will tell saber to get lost since the bank is a lein holder on the title. Even though the title was forged the bank would tell them to take it up with the state since they didnt catch the false title. Sounds like the same thing happened with the Hi-Lite. I hope it wasnt steve leasing it to him. What a mess! I feel for all involved. I am surprised he can still walk. |

It may have been his brothers friend but the balloon thing was no accident. The first one hit a girl in the head. Considering it came from a launcher it wasnt fun for her. He yelled several times to stop hitting the boat. They continued, which led to the situation.

Hey Todd, yes it's me! I am sorry about the whole situation. We were all the way across the cove from you guys so obviously we couldn't hear you. Anyways, this whole situation with Mike sucks but we are all moving on. No the Cig hasn't sold yet but have a few prospects! My intent that day was not to be on that boat by myself either, my six buddies that were coming decided to stop to talk to girls on the way, I did not realize they had dropped off. Fortunatley my personal "Meat Head" was keeping an eye on me. It is just a story we laugh about now. It had just come up as a " You remember that guy". :drink:

Yes i would like to explain a bit but not everything because i cant.......but everything well lets just say the first paragragh or two isnt the truth. and you know it but for some reason your EGO gets in the way of the truth. Mike and you know called ME and expalained to me What happened and what the options to you where... why would someone call me I never knew him, met him or had anything to do with him.
But the secretary and mike and I we ALL NO THE TRUTH. I just dont know why your ego gets in the way I think your a nice guy. but you build something up thats not true and yougo on for so long you beleive your your own lies. One question for you, Why would you tell me after the boat show in chicago the the sunsation Manufacture wanted you to take on more boats beacuse another dealer wasnt selling enough. Your version of any story gets distorted Not sure why i get into this but i figure accuracy is needed What i told you was, Sunsation had talked to us about representing them in Chicago at the boat show, since the current dealer was no longer going to carry Sunsation as a boat line and they needed help covering the show. Nothing strange here they just needed help Since I had left the Wharf prior to the Chicago show Sunsation had another dealer from the other side of Illinois handle the show for them By the way the show was after i left the marina so i obviously had not told you this information after the show was over, but offered it to you prior to the Chicago show I am not sure what this has to do with anything but it is what happened As far as you trying to give credibility to your statements by using Mike V that is hilarious Do you realize the guy you hold up as being your resource for credibility is under investigation for fraud of over 16 million dollars? This is public knowledge I don't think he is a credible witness to anything As far as ego goes Post your business card on here and lets others judge who has an ego "Have a quality day" :) |

The truth is no one really knows, I bet Mike V does not even know what is up and how deep this goes, and he started it.. In any case a lot of people were burned by this and it is not over yet. I just hope those who owned boats on the up and up and then had them taken away because of forged docs get their boats back. Unfortunately the banks have deep pockets and are too dumb to know when to give up. I know, I work for Fifth Third and we will sit on a repo'd home for a year and pass on offers that were not too bad, then sell the place for even less after a year of losses. It makes no sense. It must be pride and some accounting magic that makes them do this.

On a side note, why don't you post your SS#, address, full name and a few Credit Card #s here so I can start right now.....:D Believe it or not we have people call who say they gave this info over the phone to "someone who said they worked for the Bank"...then freak out because they know they made a mistake.
