HA, each motor in that cartoon boat costs more than my whole boat and include the drive it costs more than your whole boat too!

When it comes to 46 RR's not too many have less than less than 1000 hp a side so I would think for some people it will be an issue.

The powder blue 42X ran 106 with 850's so a 46 could do it. The owner did a couple of FPC runs with the boat but with 52 hours on it, it maybe harder to find pics of it running as it would be to find Spiderman.

FYI The guy who originally owned this boat paid 750k for it in Dec 2005. I was on a FPC run with him and its a nice ride. A few things I think are hurting its resale. Obviously the graphics and 850s but also the cabin not being extended. Its a nice boat with great attention to detail. Hell for that price, someone should snap it up and just repaint it.

That is an excellent price for a 46 . And I don't think the 850,s or the half cabin should hurt the boat as much as the paint. And, even so, with a little ulphostery work and paint work you could have a nice late model 46 for cheap.

Ive been that route before with the big boats.

850'S are a real nice set up ffor that boat. 900 mercs and 6's were @ 107 -110. So the 850's should be just fine and 2-3 x longer engine life over the 1075's. Its an all around good package for that boat

How long are the 850's supposed to go B4 a freshen up ?

They have the "de-tune" function for crappy fuel too !

My kids are going nuts over this thing !!!!
