OMC 460 Water Pump/Impeller Location?

Never worked on one of these things, where is the water pump? Do they use a standard automotive, it appears so? Boat runs, does not pump water, I assume it needs an impeller.

I'm only a merc guy, but I think the impeller is in the upper drive under the plastic housing cover. In there you will find the impeller housing.

The sea water pump is in the top of the outdrive. Takes all if 10 minutes to change and that's only if you cant find a wrench. Remove the three screws in the top cover and theres the pump. The circulating pump is unique to marine. The pump is cast iron. Automotive is aluminum and the gasket surface is different and will leak out the bottom , trust me , been there done that:rolleyes:

Found it, put a new one in, just fine. Thanks, I never had anything but Mercs and Bravos.
