How much horsepower is "low" horsepower? Compared to Gino's new Mercedes, I have "Very Low" horsepower. Should I move to Iowa and throw a party?

That is a lot stricter thant TX. In TX if you have a boat with under 50hp the implied consent laws do not apply. Wich basically means you could still be arrested for a BWI, but if you do not take the breathalizer than they cannot legally haul you into jail.
