So who are the people doing this survey???? i would like to know more before participating.

don't seem like they could effect existing boats.

so put old turbines in new boats. done and done. Or diesels.

Emiisions limits that start in California always seem to trickle down to the rest of the country.

I don't plan on boating in Cali. but I would sure hate to see that on the great lakes.

I have two boats and one is even a race boat and neither of them have a motor over 500hp. So I guess the survey wasn't for me.
