I also seem to remember the DNR cops not likeing people giving the sea-cows fresh water like the kid looks to be doing in the last pic.... something about having them (the manatees) getting used to people....

Yeah I politey informed the folks on the dock ( Not part of the Poker Run participants) that "watering" the mantatees was a mere federal offense.
Hey we were just docked and having lunch. The manatees came in because they dig performance boats.

Yeah, saw a manatee checking out all the new hull designs at the Miami boat show/Marriott marina. Funny stuff.

They probably wanted a red stripe while checking out the hardware!
