Lots of stuff to do in St. Louis. Like FeverMike said, downtown and riverfront area are pretty happening, lots of good restaurants, etc. The Cardinals are playing the Cubs at 3:00 Saturday afternoon and 7:00 Sunday night, always a good time. Take a tour of the Anheuser Busch plant and have a few samples...:drink:

Thanks guys, we are trying to decide between the two. How is the Grand Olde Opry??? Trace Adkins is playing.

i thought st louis was boring and saw the arch but loved nashville some of the downtown pubs is where the most talent is
and the grand ole opry is a lot of fun the opryland hotel is something to walk through also |
She is getting a 2005, 325CI ,midnight blue and xexon lights, loaded up only 19K miles. bought it off E-bay, I think I got a good deal. It is the car she has always wanted. I tried to talk her into the Z4. We bought it from West Brother's Ford in Sullivan, MO.
Thanks, I think if we can get out of the dealership on time we will try to get to Nashville. Off to the airport!!!!! 4:30 am this is nuts!!!! Post some pics we we get back..:drink: |
I'd stay in St Louis, but if you do go to Nashville, go to Tin Roof downtown. There's a great band that plays there on the weekends. "Jay and the Seagulls" I believe.
The downtown area in St. Louis is called "The Landing". Lots of bars and restaraunts. It's across from the Baseball stadium on the river and there's a couple riverboat casino's down there too. |
I had a lot of fun on a trip to St. Louis in my early 20's.
Won a little money at the casino boat, and blew it all in East St. Louis. I think the place was named Roxy's. Wildest strip club I've ever been in. But, I don't imagine that's the kind of weekend you were looking for.:D |
Yeah, PT's and Diamond Cabaret (has a new name now) were REAL good places :evilb:

The River Front area in downtown St. Louis has lots of resturants and clubs. The Arch is cool to go up in too. I am biased against Nashville because I lived there for 5 years and really did not like it too much.
