It says update to 2007 , maybe they replaced the hull too!

If I had that kind of cheese I would buy this boat in a heartbeat.

Just because the guy is too lazy to take a picture doesn't mean that it is a scam. If his boat looks anything like the 1989 listed on boats.com it may be a great deal.
