need help identifying this hull
 

I am trying to help a buddy sell his boat, but need to get more info on it. I need make and model. Here is description:

24', 200 hp merc O/B, 1990 model, title says "Luxury MAR", hull ID is LUX94M0KB090, on the side there is printed "Twister 24". Looks like a 24 degree hull.

Also what is this thing worth? It is about a 9 of possible 10, new interior, runs strong, hull in excellent shape, no secrets no issues, sits on an herritage trailer in excellent condition.
