Barneget Bay -On Water Resturants?
 

Hey guys, taking the wife and a few friends down to Barneget this weeekend, curious if anyone knows of any good joints to pull up and get lunch via boat? Thanks!

Those are my three favorites as well. If you head up Forked River to the Captain's Inn, there is also Southwinds Grille nearby.

I assume the outside will be open this weekend, however I haven't been there yet this year. If someone else doesn't chime in, you may want to give them a call.

I can confirm the tiki bar at the Captain's Inn is open...I was there last weekend. Same goes for the Dutchman.

If your near the Manasquan Inlet, the Wharfside is right by the Coast Guard Station.

well a couple of oso brothers boats were damaged by the water taxi last summer and they had there day in court yesterday and the layer for waters edge went nuts with outbursts " he's rite there all obnoxious" screening so one oso member got up and walked out and the mediator asked the lawyer to shut up and sit down. He also said us performance boaters are not welcome so take it as you may but I think if us performance boaters don't show there numbers will be off that's a fact!

I stopped going there a few years ago..... only been there once or twice a season for the past couple years. Docking on the weekends is hell with all the cruisers going by one by one.... :(

What's the docking situation like there these days? The fisherman never liked us powerboaters stopping by... :(

Same here. Used to go with Bart , he loved that place. Always a hassle to dock and dine!

Always tryin', always tryin' ;). It's much easier to go by car. The docking situation is tough. I don't actually know of any space? We tied up at the gas dock but you can do that when you're in the "Rolling Thunder." :D

Chris opened up a new Italian restaurant too, it's called Fertello's (sp?) in Seagert.
