We have a ton of pictures, but I haven't had a chance to download them yet. What a great weekend! I met some of the friendliest and most fun people I have ever met. Bobthebuilder went way out of his way to be a great host. And what a boating enthusiast. Because one engine was blown, he had to move an engine from the center position to the side to balance the boat. Then he spent the day Friday searching for a set of props that would work with a twin set-up. All the effort paid off on Saturday as the boat ran great. 70mph throgh the whole run on 2 engines in a 50 ft boat! it must be fast when all 3 are working.
Gino gave us a great ride too. After the poker run he went back out just to give us a ride. We did a lap of the old race course off Ft. Meyers Beach hitting a top speed of 138. There was a lot more left but the afternoon crosschop and a bunch of jetskis held us back. Thanks guys it was a ton of fun. And thanks Donna for setting up the weekend. Love ya!
