Any recommendations on a surveyor North of Boston?

This guy did my dad's boat when he sold it. The buyer hired him, but he looked like he did a very good job.

Bob also did my Chris Scorpion when I bought it in 1999. Did an excellent job. Also did compression and drives (TRS) etc.

Well unfortunately Bob is going in for prostrate surgery  and will be out for a while. I spoke with Norm and he stated that Andy will be filling in for Bob, as far as the engine inspection goes. Anyone have experience with Norm and Andy?
