I've used them many times never had a problem. Check the stack-up dimension as they are rather tall and could be a problem keeping them under the deck lid without scoops.

The Superchiller works, but add 4"s to your vertical dimension.
I am using a Whipple intercooler on my 575 (only 1 5/8"s taller) and it's pretty sweet. Not the easy bolt on they say but it works great and saves a lot of space.

If you have the headroom in your engine compartment they are great.
I made the same power with the same pulley running 4# of boost instead of 6#, thus a little easier on the hardware.
Once I adjusted the pulley to get back to 6# my guess is I was up about 45-50 HP by what I gained in speed.
