Losing someone close to you always hurts. But at least you can find comfort in the fact that what you did made a difference. Eventhough you lost touch with each other somewhat over the years, your kind gesture made up for it!
Sounds like he got to fulfill a lot of his wishes. He must have been a very strong-willed person. |
Steve,
Sorry to hear of your loss. It's amazing how much things we take for granted mean to others. Live every day like it's your last. Barry |
Thats really a really great thing you did your your friend bro! sorry for your loss :(

Kinda brings a tear to my eyes. It's great to hear that you brought him happiness during a rough time.
I'm glad to know you! Eric |
I'm really sorry to hear about your friend. Now that I'm 48... I really get concerned sometimes... that's why I just got off the bike after busting my butt for an hour keeping my heart rate up at about 160 bpm... got to keep in shape so I have many years to enjoy big boats, big HP, big MPH and big BOOBs!

Sorry to hear about your friend, and what you did for him was great. It made him happy and that's all that matters.

In the 40's. Thats too young. I remember seeing you out on Broad Bay giving him a Cigarette Run. I am sure he had a blast.
I recall some discussions about this boat and that, my boat is this and your boat ain't ****. It is all so trivial. We all should be grateful for our freinds locally and here on OSO. We do things with our boats that we all take for granted, and others can only dream of. We ARE so lucky! Steve, sorry for your loss of your friend. Kind of a lousy way to start a new year. :( |
