need Help On Small Boat Capital Of The World?
I have a friend in Deale (spelling?). We want to come there in the spring from Western NY. Can anyone give us some help on this? How about a ride while we are in the area?
Where is Deale???
Ya is that like near timbucktoo or something? :D :D :D What state?
Earth?
I am thinking waterfoul that there is a hint in the title "small boat capitol of the world" I am off to find out what state that is!!! :D :D
no clue
came up with a big goose egg on that one!!!
well i dont know about small boats but Ft.Lauderdale is the yachting capital of the world
And with nearly 100,000 more registered boats than the next closest state, Michigan is the BOATING (small, medium, large, and yacht!) of the WORLD!!!!
Boston is the hmmmm oh never mind!!! :D :D
Dude, just noticed your catching me!!! only about 800-900 behind!
wow I did not see that myself!!!! You need your desk job back LOL :D :D
BFE, I think......
That is some place in Eygpt |
there is a Deal NJ, by the shore but not on the water?
There is a Deal, Maryland. It is on the Chesapeake Bay. Small boat capital of the world? Maybe if you're into crabbing.
Dave M |
Yup, it is in Maryland not too far from Baltimore I think.
I always thought Michigan was the boating capital. With the most boats registered.
I think we also have the most snowmobiles registered too ! Gotta love Michigan ! |
Hey Strike,
Deale is about .5 hour from Baltimore. It is close to Annapolis which is great for boating, restruants, bars, etc. Dave M. |
i am pretty sure they are talking about annapolis. annapolis and deale are right next to one another. Inspectec Ted is probably the one to ask about this.
Michigan may have the most registered boats in the country its a fact. But after living in Florida for years they have more boats, most sitting in back yards and such unused unregestered.
Well since we are having a pissing contest .... SoCal is the Offshore capital of the world  :D
Strike, Now that we have determined you're talking about Deale, MD :D I would be happy to help you out. What do you need to know and what are your plans when you come??
And BTW although I hate to admit it, Annapolis is known as the Sailing Capital of the U.S. Gawd, how I hate sailboaters   That,of course, disregards the fact that there are 40% more powerboats registered in MD than blowbotes ;) Let me know what I can help with and check at www.cbpba.com to see what we have going on in the area. Too bad you aren't going to be here in early September...... ;) |
