Who would you call for a reasonable priced 500-600hp BB chevy? Who keeps them in stock? thnx sj

Reasonalby priced? I don't know where you live, but JC performance in LI, NY or Mesa Balancing in Florida.

Who keeps them in stock? get a merc 525.

a 525 would be the motor id love... i think. What would be a good price for a good used / take out? sj

@$20K or < would be good ... depending of course on hrs., cond., leak down, etc.\

sask , canada. Im looking at a cpl baja islanders but all of them have 454s. Im looking to have a nice turnkey 23 or 25 footer that would run 75+ . sj

I was just joking with you, but a 232-252 islander isn't a boat I would consider speedy. If you like Baja's look at the outlaw, it won't run 75 with 500hp but you'll have something to work with.
