You may be right, someone told me the more displacement the easier to turn providing your power steering pump can supply enough volume. I guess I would ask the Char-Lyn dealer.
I am leaning toward the 120 cc Flex-4 unit.

Mine friend has Imco steering and his helm is 7.34 in3. He can steer with one finger. So your 120cc sounds like it is in the ball park!! My WPM came with 14.11 in3 and it was a white knuckle deal. I changed it to 9.7 and it is better, but still not one finger..
