They have built a 28 with outboards so i bet they still could do it. I saw a pic of one with twin Mercs and a arch style t-top.

That is the open fisherman model with the t-top. They have also built several 28 Sport & 28 Race boats with outboards.
Also the 24 with single & twin outboards for that matter. Thats the good thing about a custom builder its your choice, not just whatever model they are building at the time.
