shipping props .
need ideas on how to ship two props to be reworked ( what to ship them in , and cost of shipping.) and also who to ship them to.

Take the extra time to build wooden boxes out of 3/4 pylwood or something similar. Most shipping companies beat the sh*t out of everything especially fragile stuff. It doesn't hurt to put a handle on the box either.

27 FOUNTAIN, you are absolutely right! I have a box just as you described. ;) Best part is, now get this, I still have yet to open it!

Underpayed UPS employee  |
CAN I PUT THEM BOTH IN THE SAME BOX.AND WHERE CAN I SEND THEM ?
|
The nicest box that I've seen, was one that was roughly square (you'll pay alot, but U-haul has 'em) and the prop was bolted to a piece of plywood. Packing peanuts wern't even required.

I can break any box you people make  :D
what do you think our little brown trucks are for.. smashing da boxes :D :D |
Go here : http://wwwapps.ups.com/servlet/QCCServlet
Maybe put them in a box then in another box that fits tight . Put a peice of cardbord between props and pack lots of news paper so they can't move . |
