None of the marinas around here will lift or launch a boat with people on board. Doesn't matter if it's a fork or travel lift.

I think the forward sling broke.

The front strap slipped forward taking the anchor and part of the bow rail with it. In the picture of it going down, you can see the anchor chain flying up

Judging by the cranes in the background __ I'd bet that harbour is pretty deep -- probably didn't hit bottom, but sure didn't come right side up!

Looks like there were 2 guys onboard, wonder where the other guy was riding??
