Default Boating accident Barnegat bay

I was listening to the Police scanner at work: one person fell off a boat, the boat was running in circles ramming the Rt. 37 Seaside Bridge. I'll post more info as I hear it.

I've heard it was a "Boston Whaler" type boat. (thats better that a Cigarette boat) An EMS worker told me the idiot hit an old piling after losing control. Also heard no serious injuries-scapes from barnacles from holding onto the old piling. No life jacket not the type of "happy ending" most would like

It was a very small crabbing boat with a small outboard. The boat was running circles into the RT37 bridge and the owner was perched on a piling with nothing to do but watch and wait for help. My wife spotted him on our way to lunch and called it in.
