Garmin 545 or "other"
 

I'm looking to purchase a Garmin 545 chartplotter for mostly coastal use. Anyone have any experience either good or bad or have another similar unit that they are happy with. Best "net" price I have found is $720 preloaded with the g2 coastal software. The 540 with less resolution is only $592. Is the extra $128 worth it for the better resolution and brightness?

When I was looking at them I almost bought the 535, the xx5 series will do satelite maps as opposed to just satelite images, pretty cool if you ask me. In the end I couldn't justify the price tho and bought the 398, which works just fine for what I need it for.
