I was at TNT today. I got a chance to look at the new 50 foot Mystic. It is the most incredible thing I have ever seen in my life. The lines are gorgeous! It looks like something out of the future. It looked like it was doing 200 while sitting in the shop. I took a couple of pictures with my phone (they came out like crap)but will not post them (unless David tells me too). The rigging is beautiful and the new motors are awesome. I think I have a feeling who is going to steal all the thunder at LOTO this year!! AGAIN!!:D

Dave Scott has Callan hull ?? I thought the Mystic was a Callan/Cosker design.

I don't think you are an idiot I think the Mystic 50 is Callan/Cosker's boat. But, Dave Scott is still many people's hero...including mine. Should be a great battle at the Lake in a couple of months.

Dave Scott has always been my hero, but my favorite was the time Nick Carter challenged him to a drinking contest. Nick gave Dave a shot, Dave gave him one back and raised him one as he called him little boy. That was of course after Nick called him old man.

Or the time the race was postponed and he was sitting in the hotel room watching Tom and Jerry cartoon.

Dave has always been a sponsor of this site and has offered many generous things including a ride in his race boat as a raffle prize.

Great guy and very down to earth. Oh and he has a couple cool toys too.:D
