Had lunch with John last Monday, and he has not been able to find a publisher that will take on the project without the book costing a lot of money.

Maybe someone on here has a connection with a publisher that would be interested.

As you can see by the book SEARACE, John puts a lot of book out for the money and the quality of everything is second to none.

I think you need someone that would handle distribution to book stores. Or go with an online publisher that will print in low volumes, but it gets expensive to do that.

Anybody have any idea what it take$ to bring a book like this to market? If enough of us prepay on the condition of receiving a copy - could help make it happen...

The number I am hearing, is over 200K.

Take a look at SEARACE and you can see the quality.......he isn't interested in a paperback release.

Between the boat manufacturers, boat magazine publishers, big poker run operators and companies like Mercury and Brunswick, you'd think there would be corporate interest in supporting this.
