These are going to be purchased by a niche market, people who won't care as much about the frills.

If he wants a nice hardcover...well that costs money.

Charlie - Have you or John considered having it printed in China - and having it shipped here - quantities can be as small as 1,000 and in color - bound etc. A friend of mine had 1,000 books done for about 15.00 bucks each - delivered to his door USA.
