Ok, lets review...
First he says he passed us on the way out. Now we were way ahead of you....
Second, you "say" you ran home at 65-70mph the whole way at 4-4500 rpms and it takes you the same amount of time it took us to get to Sandy Hook which is only something like 2 miles from the hook... Us covering a course of about 30 miles and you 32 miles I would hope that you got a little futher than us in 30 minutes.
So we travel 30 miles in 30 minutes @ just about 60 mph @ 3600 rpms. You traveled 32 miles in 30 minutes at "X" mph at 4500 rpms with some WOT spurts.
This reminds me of those word problems we had to solve in middle school..... A train travelling.... blah blah blah...
By the way, the answer is; 65 mph. You boat only runs 65 mph at 4500 rpms.....

What do you expect with 4 year old spark plugs.

and 6 year old drive oil. This weekend, new plugs and new oil, got 4 gallons of Redline sitting in the garage ready to be pumped in.
All I know is he pussed out and took off before I could load up on the fuel then didn't even run as far as he said he was going to. But it was only another 30 minutes which is just about a complete "trip" for the pink boat.

We're gonna have to fund a nav class for you, in the other thread you said you could fit a 7 mile lake inside the hook now its 2 miles in this thread. Dude, buy a spare GPS, if the one you have fails you're not going to be able to find your way from the fuel dock to your lift

If I want to tag along I'll ask you to wait for me! If we are going in a group I'll get there early so I don't get left behind. I remember Mr V leaving everyone behind on the run to Dippels last year. Speaking of that , Is that going on this year?

So then after I filled up (Mr_V had the slow pump, even his son pointed that out ) we waited on the dock for 5-10 minutes then pulled away because other customers needed to get in. As I was milling around I yelled over and and asked what was going on, he said 20 more gallons so we waited another 5 min or so decided to leave because he didn't tell us if he was going to come along... We idled up the river and kept looking back for the dude and he never came so we took off...
Maybe next time he'll commit and we can run together.
