The 40? I just got off the phone with Rob....he talked with Bob Scicentti (sp?) for a while this morning about this boat. What am I going to do with that husband of mine????

Not yet, but will be closing soon. It has been sold and large custom homes/association will replace the marina on both sides of Pilot Knob Road.
