A 15' Scout CC. :D

We sold it because we had three boats at the time. Should have sold the other 2 and kept that little Scout.

If you got that boat new Bill your really telling your age  :D

I bought a 32' Fountain new in 93. Sold it 3 years later to buy a 32' Skater with triple 2.5s. I wanted a triple digit boat and i got it along with the nightmare of keeping those outboards running. Should have kept the Fountain.

'83 22' Donzi Classic
I couldn't and still can't afford two boats but if I could have kept it I would have. That was the best boat for the bay as long as it wasn't kicking up too much!

I'm living that dilema right now. Current boat is a 1979 Cig 33 Limited Edition. Really love the boat, but honestly it's larger than we really need and, as you could imagine, it's rather short on amenities. Maintenance is probably not as bad as you would expect for a boat that's 28 years old, but I've never had anything newer than 1992, so I have come expect typical maintenance.

BUT, the thought of selling it makes me almost sick and I'd probably be kicking myself for years to come. On the other hand, I know it's best not to get attached to material things and money always talks.

Our 1988 Fountain 40 Icbm. It was a great and just a really cool classic boat!! Also would have saved us money in the long run if we kept it longer.

My step father's old Penn Yan hardtop with a pair of Crusaders. Talk about a wave crusher!

I wish I still had my 28' Checkmate. Twin big blocks made it hard to work on but man it was a fun boat.

187...

1987 Chaparral 187... It was my first boat, looked brand new, never skipped a beat and ran great on the Potomac River. It's still in the family though, I gave it to my little brother...
