Question What Boat Should You Have Kept?

I think it really tells how good a boat is, when you wish you had kept it, instead of replacing it with another. What boat did you get rid of, that you wish you still had, and why?

My little 4 Winns Unlimited 191. That thing was the baddest under 20 footer I have ever been in. Ran just under 70mph, accelerated like a rocket, turned like a slot car and would run in some pretty serious snot.

The boat it one word was "FUN".

1992 24 Python. I sold it to buy a 28 Pantera, but the mechanical inspection did not check out. I'm still looking for a good deal on one.

I liked the python because it was cheap yet very strong and handled the rough stuff extremely well for a 24ft boat. It was also a very low maintenance 70+mph boat and she never once gave me any trouble on the water.

Good thread

16' boston whaler dauntless. Sold it while building a custom boat, that the builder ended up screwing us on.
33 blackfin combi sold while waiting for custom sf that took a year and a half longer then scheduled. Both were awesome little boats.
