Chuck and his entire crew are great people to deal with. If you have not already, stop by and take a look at his shop and showroom...it is top notch. Not to mention the number of high dollar boats that are usually sitting in the yard waiting to be worked on...that speaks for itself.

If you want to deal with somebody else, take a trip down to see Larry@Larry's Engine and Marine in Tucson. Then you will see some real hardware....:D

couldn't have said it better. They use to work on my boat when I lived in AZ hands down the best shop for miles. Im even thinking towing from Havasu to PHX just to have them keep up the service. The shop floor is so clean that you can eat off it and they are great about making sure to show you all the repairs and stand by the final work.

I've heard nothing but good things about Extreme Marine but haven't had the need for their services yet.

HIMES(JAIME) 07-05-2007 11:45 PM

eh, guys thanks alot for the info. makes a big differance when you can walk into a place with somewhat of a positive additude. especially after hearing all the horrer stories here on OSO. The positive side is good exposure for EXTREME MARINE through the power of OSO.HIMES

Chuck is a squared away guy, top notch facility and service.

Chuck and crew are great , he is a verry down to earth dude treats everyone the same, from 40 foot Nortechs to 1969 disco paited s**t boxes they are good people! I hope some one else will tell him to dust off his boat and go have some fun!!!

Extreme Marine is the LAST place I would go to. Save yourself a headache, and take it somewhere else.

I would drive 300 miles to take my boat to get worked on before using Extreme Marine again.

Check out Hotboat.com forums and do a search on Extreme Marine.

I heard that he has lost his lease. I was waiting on a call back as to when I could drop off my boat but never did receive the call.

Chuck and Larry are both fine folks, Larry will always call you back and talk motors as long as you want.

Something like that....

Take your boat somewhere else. Trust me, I was screwed. My boat sat there for 8 weeks. Chuck is a nice guy, but not honest and sucks at running a shop.

If you have a powerboat, take it to Power Marine in Phoenix. The mfg Magic/Sleek, but they have their act together.

I will NEVER give Extreme a chance to wipe my boat down, let alone work on it again.
