Raystown Lake - Thanks to the Thunder Gang!!!!
Having dunked the boat for the first time this season at Raystown for the holiday weekend, my wife found that the starboard shifter stopped working. With the help of the Thundergang, we pulled the boat, ripped off the starboard drive and found that the shift cable wasn't connected to the shifter jaws. Unable to pull the jaws out with pliers, we pulled off the back cover and manually moved the jaws to the mounting position.
If it wasn't for the Thundergangs assistance, tools, prop wrench, gear lube and pump, I probably would have just trolled around on the port motor all weekend.
This is a great example of what this club is all about! Making friends and supporting each other when the chips are down!!!
THANKS GUYS!!!!
