That's what I am thinking. I have been looking at buildings to move my shop and the buildings alone are $500,000.00 on up. For me it would be a very good possibility.

I am actually looking into it.. always a dream..I can got a cert .Merc mechanic.. I ran Facilities for 20 years so I have the bldg and grounds done..Call me Dean If your Serious..I'll get Brian Holmes to invest too... Maybe Kevin Harrison too !!!

The real way to do this is get 10 people to put $30,000 each into a pot for the downstroke and finance the rest. Set up an acquisition LLC, along with an operating agreement as to who gets paid what to “run” the marina. The real question is can the place make money. If the buildings can be used for Dean’s business set him up as a tenant that will ease the cash flow issues. I used to do Mergers & Acquisitions….

I got $ 30k.

Anyone interested ?
