I might be wrong but getting the HP you looking for at the cost I do not think you will find it. A block alone would be close to 2,000 plus cam. carb, crank alone will get you close to 4500 and your still not close to complete. You would still have to add labor and a few more pats and they are not cheap either. I know about a month ago Tyler Crockette had bare blocks and parts to complete what your looking for, Give him a call. I am sure he could sell you a complete Motor or the parts to do what you want. I have seen mild to wild come out of his shop. He is also a OSO member. Sometimes he has or knows people looking to unload motor(s) when they are upgading also might be a option his SHOP number is 810-324-2289 I THINK
