Default Boat Hoists?

I just moved into my new house on a canal and I love having my boat in my backyard. The problem is, my boat has to float in my backyard instead of being high and dry. I've been looking at lifts on the internet for while and I'm not sure where to go......

Anyone ever heard of this company? http://www.boatliftdistributors.com/...ifts-c-21.html Their prices seem good and the warranty is excellent.

I've pretty much decided I want a side lift hoist, the floating plastic blocks or inflatable bag type lifts will create more issues in the winter than they are worth.

Or... I'm all ears for someone local selling a used 10k lb hoist too!

Default I had good luck with them

I bought a lift from them a few years ago. The order shipped in multiple boxes and one of them got lost by UPS. They shipped the replacement parts pretty quick and resolved the issue with UPS without my involvement. I think they rep a few different lift manufacturers.

16,000 lb lift under 5 K seems reasonable to me I bookmarked the site as I am getting the works in Sept. Vinyl bulkhead 60' dock 1/3 floating and four post lift. Excellent find!

PM if you are interested in purchasing a lift. I have many available and I just need your shipping address so I can quote you shipping on the lift.

Docmanrichs lift motors are the best. My lift went from 24" a minute to 55" a minute after his install. Alot quieter and nothing to grease

Thanks for the feedback and when I buy a hoist I'll be looking at docmanrich37's motors.
