porsche reccommends 10k changes with mobile 1 ...

Key is not to switch back and forth, but I don't think it will be a big deal to switch once. I only have 85 hours on the engines. I just need to make up my mind soon.

Second boat I have used it in and have been very happy. It sure is expensive though.

I think merc. recommends 25-50 something to do with oil clearance in the bearings I think Maybe Gellner will chime in that is what he recommends also.

My Merc manual recommends Kendall, and that is what came in it from the factory. I thought is was 20W50m but maybe it was 25w50. I'll have to re-check the manual.
