That boat was brand new from Europe. Shipped to Port Huneme Harbor and going to be taken down to Newport to it's new owner. From what I hear it was a 2 year wait for the build. Dock actually gave way when the crane lifted the yacht off the ship to be placed in a cratle. One of the supports for the crane went through the dock causing the crane to rock and the Yacht to drop. Now its an insurance nightmare and a pissed off owner.

Well, it's a good thing he stopped since he was cut off. Good ad for tow straps.

Trust me, the house is not spectacular....Built in 1927 it's one of the first houses on the beach....

Tank is being modest. It may be old but it is a very cool house with lots of charactor and will be spectacular when he's done renovating. Oh, and "Jesus" is watching over it too! :D

Tank, let me know when you're ready to do that roof. I'll trade out labor for sushi, the couch and boat rides! :D
