I'll be there! Don't know if I'm going to officially run or hang back and video some of it. I'm definitely in for the festivities! See you guys there unless your upside down in the boat.

Wow a little on the lean side huh? Where is the timing sitting also what are your IAT's during the pull must be pretty cool to keep it that lean with any amount of ignition advance.

That was the first pull and it was a touch on the lean side, but when it goes in the boat and gets water in the exhaust, it will richen up almost a half point. That will put it at approx. 12.5, right where I want it. I raised the fuel pressure on the next pull and the afr's went into the low 12's. In the boat that will be to rich. It was actually running out of injector in the first pull, that is why I raised the fuel pressure on the next run. Bringing the afr's down to the low 12's only cost about 3-4 hp. It still made 1025 hp. The average hp and torque over the full run was only down 4 hp and 5 ft lbs torque.
I always check the afr's when the boat runs for the first time and make any neccessary changes. They are always a little different in the boat than on the dyno. I will go to the boat and fine tune any and all engines I build. I want to be there the first time that they run to make sure everything is ok. If I don't do the install, I want to make sure it was done correctly since I have a warranty on everything I build. My time to travel and fine tune the boat is something that I do free of charge for any engine that I build. I find that it protects everyone involved and makes for a better overall piece in the end. Thanks, Eddie.

Hellsbent,
Here is the pull with the motor a little richer. The average afr is about .8 lower but it only cost about 4 hp as an average. It still made 1025. Thanks, Eddie.

I am the installation PBN. (Push Button _ _ _ _ E R). I sleep for a couple of hours at a time and then go sit by either the engine stand or the boat an pass diet pepsi's to keep him from overheating.
