Default Found pontoon boat retirement gift for father in law,,,

Father in law has been real good to me over the years, so I found a fixer up to give him. I know it doesnt look like much, but I did an ineternet search and found a couple of websites that sell rebuild parts cheap.I think its going to be a nice fishing boat for him and the wife to relax on once I finish it.

Wanted to get some ideas on a good set-up for him and some possible nice gadgets that he would like. The floor is solid and has been checked. The guy just had the boat out last friday running it. Pontoons have been checked for leaks.

Its a 1989 Sun cruiser 24'
40HP Suzuki
The guy I'm buying it from is throwing in the following items:

3-portable fuel tanks.
trolling motor
depthfinder/fish finder
solar powered battery charger
4 life jackets

I'm looking for a trailer right now.

I'm only paying 1400.00 for everything!!! Can U say! What a deal!

Another lead on a trailer for you. Listed in the local "trader" mag.

Float on type pontoon trailer
Fits most pontoon boats - $900 803-794-0938 before 9pm.

Did Danny or Ed have anything that might work?
