Just shows not only civialians can screw up at the ramp. I would have loved to see this in person, on hear them explaining it to the superiors

This just cements the belief that these guys just don't get it. They are no more qualified to launch a boat than to drive one and apply the law all at the same time. I just don't understand the sinking of the tow vehicle syndrome. I have seen corvettes in the drink, cars and trucks but a sheriff should not let this happen, they are trained professionals.
