Nick is my cousin. I surveyed the boat for the guy he bought it from and ran it last year for the Key West run in November.

Magnificent vessel.

It may be coming down to Hideaway Marina soon and be listed with Pierre.

That sure looks nice, those motors are really packed in there aren't they. It looks like the heat from the exhaust would wreck havoc on the fuel delivery as it is very close. I am sure it is partly the angle of the pic but it still must be close. Looks great.

If the exhaust get that hot you sure have some bigger probs than the fuel hoses... Very nice boat that 47 OL. /Mange

That boat is always breaking. Tried to talk to the fellow that currently owns it and he had zero time for me at Chi-town. Must be having a bad time all the time with that ride.

beautiful, there was another one that had tons of skulls on it, it too was caught up in the national fiasco, anyone know where it went?

Sure looks complicated under there.

That is one beautifull boat. And Nick is a very nice guy.
We all have issues with our boats from time to time.

Hey, I would like to appoligize for Nick. I am sure he was pissed. He did not even make it to the first stop. Lets just say that I know the feeling.:angry-smiley-055: Nice is a very nice guy. He has been dealing with car motor people and car vs. boat are worlds apart.

Didn't that boat have cobra's in it ?

Nick is a cool guy. Not sure what kind of problems he is having, but I know it must be frustrating having a very expensive boat and not being able to run it.

BTW, isnt Nicks boat a 46 OL? I thought the 47 was the GTX? Either way its a killer boat, I always run into Nick at the ramp. I rolled up one day with my old 40' Excalibur at the ramp, getting ready to launch. I heard a few comments like "wow", "look at that thing", "its huge", "cool boat" I was feeling good about myself, then i turned around and noticed nick dropping in his OL in the next ramp over! Damn, they were talking about his not mine! LOL, cant blame them, the boat is gorgeous

The 47 was Outerlimits first big boat before the 46,51 and GTX series. The boat is older for Outerlimits years. The boat is sick none the less!! Those 47 can run through some big water!!

Anyone seen Rocket Man lately?....About 5-6 years ago it was listed on National Liquidators yard in Ohio as a bank repo.... it had a busted drive-case and who knows what else, and no trailer anymore either. The rep told me it sold to someone in Michigan, but I have not heard about it since then.
