Brand new seawall last fall, so that is why there is no grass in the pics, it has a lawn now! Can't wait to close, just wish it was a little earlier in the summer, but next year will be awesome!!

looks great, seawalls are expensive so that's cool you will start off with a new one. Looks like a decent size piece of property for a canal life. Is this the first place you owned. I think Ian asked to see pictures since I told him you said there was room for the BT if we stopped by, now he knows how to find you

Thanks guys, it is a 75x150 lot, so 75 foot of frontage and the canal is over 6 feet deep and probably 80 feet wide. I owned a house in Holland when I was over there for a little bit. This one needs some updating but the structure is there and it has new carpet, windows, roof, doors, AC, and seawall, and is brick so the just the bathrooms and kitchen need to be brought from the 70's into the 2000's but I'm 27 so I've got plenty of time.
I will let you know when the first party is, I close in 4 weeks. I should be able to tie up 6-7 offshores without blocking the canal too bad, so if not this year, next year I'll have everyone come by boat for a big cookout!
