Can someone tell me what powerboat manufacturer makes a hull with a crazy 26 degree deadrise??

Bayliner made a 26 ft cruiser with a 15 degree deadrise......don't suppose that's the info you were looking for though :cool-smiley-011:

What kind of horspower would you need to make that thing a beast if I wanted a 31' that weighed about 8k?? Talking like 70++ mph?

My 30' Sutphen weighed 5800 lbs dry. 420hp X2 = 70 +

It should do over 70mph.

My '97 32 AT is 7800# with 24*DR and 502mpi's will run 72mph.

less than that water buffalo your pushing:D :D clay a 26 single with 850hp will break around a 100. the new 31 single with 800 to 840hp is doing 85 all day erine is building a new dry sump 1000hp to 1100 and it will run about 97 to 100 and they are roomie boats big cabin cockpit is nice like a baja, and they crush waves like no other, and yes I have been on diff boats cigs, fountains,formulas,SB, AT , also OLs, spectra cats skater cats, scarabs, donzis well in a lot of big boats and I have always said one of the best rides in the ocean since thats where I am, CAPECOD area. I have been in older sutphens and lucky to be in brand new ones the 39 with sixes on the back screams. clay stick with the girls your the best at that:D [ just kidding] but love to see your pics if you have not been on A SUTPHEN CLAY find a OSO guy near you and find some rough water but it handles nice in the smooth to.I have not seen a 30 31 sutphen that heavy8000LBS a 31 with twin 500s should break 85 and be about 6800lbs, a friends 89 with 2 370hps does 74gps and thats at 6800lbs. if your looking for new or old go to the sutphen site or I can get nopper marines phone # there racing Erines old 26 race boat 2 seater the only one set up like that. they tell you more. later go to sutphen.com art

at 6800lbs the 31 will go over 85 with twins and the single at 5500lbs with a 800 to 850 blower motor are doing that theres 2 that I now of now. art ps go to sutphen .com see what you get a lot of goodies standard. art
