DonziFreak 08-09-2007 07:01 PM

MOBILEMERCMAN 08-09-2007 07:05 PM

That's a bad ass boat trust me...And yes it did hold a world record I believe it was 121mph....

DonziFreak 08-09-2007 08:41 PM

trust me, thats not the record boat, one of my friends named Todd Bowden holds the record at 124.69

MOBILEMERCMAN 08-09-2007 08:59 PM

Donzifreak -The previous owner raced it and set some record with it. Euphoria 1109 is the original name and number. Look it up if it makes you feel better. It hailed from somewhere in Florida. I'm sure the bars been raised since then.
Jim

DonziFreak 08-09-2007 09:08 PM

anyone got a name for the original owner?

MOBILEMERCMAN 08-09-2007 09:27 PM

DonziFreak- since I spoke up I figured I might as well look it up. I found a record from 11/29/96 Max Toler 124.691 kilo. I saw the boat name Euphoria Micheal Goodfrey, Jr. set a 1/2 hour record in a Seebold . This boat is a Gran Prix. This is from apba 2000 reference book. It may have been something other than a kilo. maybe 121 is how fast it went. Really don't care much anymore.
Jim

DonziFreak 08-09-2007 09:32 PM

hmmm, this could be todd's? he ran a grand-prix, and last i knew he was the record holder....i'll have to talk to bruce (the builder of grand-prix's) to find out about this one!
